Morganton Point Recreation Area & Campground – Open Year Round
Enter to win the all-inclusive “Campfires of Love” contest from the Cradle of Forestry Interpretive Association! What’s included to ignite your lover’s campfire? How about two nights, February 14-16 in a premier campsite at Morganton Point Campground, North Georgia for RV or tent campers. Your mood-lit camp scene will include a white linen tablecloth with your choice of sparkling grape juice or champagne, two toasting glasses, flowers and fudge from The Chocolate Express in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Also included will be one bundle of firewood to ensure you and your sweetheart are toasty all night. To enter the contest, simply write a short love poem to your favorite state park, national forest or national park in no more than 100 words. Email submissions to Director of Campgrounds, Judy Doyle at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than January 17th . Winner will be announced on January 27th. Must be 21 or older to enter.
