Wildflowers that last! Take home the beauty of Brasstown Bald’s Spring Wildflowers through painting your own art masterpiece. Local artist and watercolor educator Joyce Clair will teach an outdoor painting class for a special Mother’s Day eve on top of the Bald. This unique painting experience will be a fun and easy 2 hour class for anyone age 9 and over. No previous painting experience required. Joyce will guide you step-by-step to complete a wildflower painting for yourself or to give as a gift!

$35 per person, includes all supplies
Class size limited to 8 participants, minimum 4

What to bring: sun protection, clothes you might get paint on, and your mother!

What to expect: Meet in grassy courtyard below Visitors Center. Allow yourself time to hike or shuttle to the top before the class starts. Weather conditions could cancel the program with refunds issued. Additional $5 park entrance fee or free with Interagency Pass.

Joyce Clair is a local artist and member of Mountain Regional Arts & Crafts Guild and regularly teaches watercolor painting to beginners at Artworks in Hiawassee, Helen Arts Center, Blue Ridge Arts Center, and Murphy Arts Center.
