Come discover the rich and exciting history of our beautiful Transylvania County! We’ll explore a few of Brevard’s historic sites and landmarks, as presented by local historical interpreters. Bring your sack lunch for a picnic and special tour of Silvermont Mansion, one of Brevard’s best-known attractions. We’ll also visit the Allison-Deaver House, another historic gem just outside of Brevard, and walk the streets of downtown for a private tour of some of Brevard’s most significant sites. Our time together will conclude with a wine tasting at our local wine boutique, Broad Street Wines, offering a superb selection of wine, beer and cigars. Transportation is provided. Light walking/hiking is required.
